We offer a diverse range of Handyman Services under the supervision of the Grumpy Old Guy Construction Company umbrella at affordable prices. In general these are 1 technician projects that a single person can take care of while at your residence. If you need additional assistance requiring more than 1, then we can help with that as well. We pride ourself on providing high quality workmanship and stand behind our work.

We offer a variety of services but not limited to the following:

Fan Installation, fixture change outs, faucet change outs, small drywall repairs, door knobs, pocket door repairs, small tile repairs and many others. If you don't see what your looking for give us a call!

We are licensed (FLORIDA CONTRACTOR LICENSE NUMBER CBC1255346) and carry full commercial insurance unlike our competetors. They all say they are licensed, We say prove it as there is not a regulated handyman license in Florida!

Projects are scheduled on a first come first served basis. To reach us for service you may call us at 352-397-4249 to schedule a visit. 

Our rates start and $59.00* per hour for one person on the job site.

Have your owns parts? Thats ok with us, just be sure they fit what we are fixing for you! If your not sure we can assist you. Don't have your own parts? We can handle that too, just let us know at the time you call that parts may be needed.

 * $59.00 hourly rate plus a $49.00 non refundable trip charge. Total for one hour of work is a $108.00 minimum charge. Time overages past one hour are billed by the quarter hour at $14.75. Materials are based on cost + 20% mark-up.
